Krista Turner assists in several business practice areas at Triplett Woolf Garretson, including municipal contract review. Krista has experience with general commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and all aspects of corporate law and governance. Before joining Triplett Woolf Garretson in 2021, Krista spent nearly a decade working in-house for a nationwide motor carrier corporation where she supported numerous business functions and became a trusted internal advisor.
Krista is a Wichita native. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Spanish from Oklahoma State University in 2003, her Master of Arts in Spanish from Wichita State University in 2006, and her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Krista served on the Washburn Law Review and developed her interest in business law working in the Washburn Small Business & Transactions Law Clinic.
In her spare time, Krista enjoys spending time with her family, attending local arts events, embroidering, and gardening.
