Primary Areas of Practice
Mr. Brown represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, mergers, the acquisition and disposition of assets, and general business issues, including negotiation and drafting of purchase and management agreements, leases and transfer documents, ownership and holding structure organization, maintenance and dissolution and due diligence. Mr. Brown also has experience advising individuals and entities in business and commercial disputes concerning stockholder rights, fiduciary duty, contract, business tort, and land use issues.
