Our attorneys represent cities, counties and other municipalities, as well as underwriters and conduit borrowers, in the issuance of municipal bonds and other specialized debt obligations, both taxable and tax-exempt, including the issuance of industrial revenue bonds by municipalities located throughout the State of Kansas. We regularly advise both local government and industry on the various tax incentives and financing tools that are available to communities desiring to strengthen local industry and support local economic development.

Triplett Woolf & Garretson regularly serves as Bond Counsel and has the experience and resources necessary to render the approving “market” opinions on bond issues, including opinions as to the tax status of the interest to be paid on such bonds.
