Triplett, Woolf & Garretson, LLC lawyers are well-versed in all aspects of the appellate process, including procedure, strategy, briefing, and oral argument. Our experience enhances the probability of favorable appellate outcomes for our clients. We have handled appeals from trial court decisions, administrative rulings, and state and federal court decisions. Some of our attorneys were former clerks to State Supreme Court judges and Federal District Court judges. This experience is invaluable in providing knowledgeable and credible appellate advocacy. We handle appeals in which we were involved with the litigation of the case, as well as appeals in which other firms have tried the case and referred it to us. We have also presented the viewpoints of our clients in amicus curiae briefs on matters that involve important legal precedent.
