Mr. Rogers is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, focusing on general contract, intellectual property and employment litigation matters, as well as appellate practice in both state and federal courts. Mr. Rogers is also involved in various facets of business practice, often assisting employers in crafting employee handbooks, drafting confidentiality and noncompetition agreements, and navigating the mazes of FLSA, FMLA and other regulatory compliance. Mr. Rogers is the firm’s primary intellectual property practitioner, managing the trademark and copyright portfolios of local, national and international companies, as well as advising clients on related intellectual property licensing issues.
Primary Areas of Practice
Mr. Rogers is a Wichita area native who grew up just outside of Mulvane, Kansas, graduating from Mulvane High School as its salutatorian in 1989. Mr. Rogers entered Wichita State University on a music performance scholarship, but ultimately graduated in 1993, Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in political science. Mr. Rogers was a member of the Kansas Law Review. He is a Best Lawyers-recognized intellectual property law practitioner.
