Ms. Cline assists individuals and business entities who are involved in or facing civil litigation. She is experienced in a wide variety of matters, including business and commercial conflicts, contract disputes, oil and gas litigation, employment disputes, personal injury litigation, consumer protection matters, real estate disputes, insurance coverage claims, and probate and estate litigation. Ms. Cline has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation, including summary judgment, negotiated settlement, mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trials, and on appeal. Ms. Cline practices in Kansas state and federal courts, both at the district and appellate level, Kansas administrative agencies and in nationally recognized arbitration forums.

Primary Areas of Practice

Ms. Cline is native to the Wichita area. She was involved in debate and forensics at Valley Center High School (both as a team member and, after graduation, as an assistant coach and tournament judge). Ms. Cline also competed in college debate tournaments across the country. Ms. Cline graduated from Wichita State University, Magna Cum Laude, in 1997. She graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2000. Ms. Cline practiced with another Wichita law firm for the first 3 1/2 years of her legal career. Ms. Cline pursues a variety of charitable endeavors in her spare time, including serving as a member of the Salvation Army Homeless Services’ Advisory Council since 2005.
